Hello, there!  Let's see how to assign a quiz we created I imagine you have created one or two quizes and you are wondering how to share it with your students. If that's your case, keep on reading this post, and by the end of it you will have shared your quiz with your students.  -->remember than some functions are for "super" accounts (premium), so this post will only mention the free features of this app.  Where are my quizes? Well, if you JUST created and published your quiz, then it will still appear on your screen! If that's your case, you will see somthing like this: If you want to use the quiz with your students live (synchronically), click on the option that in the image appears with a grey rectangle on. How to create a Quiz in Quizizz!

Hi!  In this opportunity, we are going to see how to create a quiz in the app I previously talked about: Quizizz First of all, it is important that you remember that you can use a pre-made quiz (that is to say a quiz that someone else has already made). If you don't have much time, I would recommend you to browse those quizes, and see if there's anything that fits your needs.  To do this, you have to simply enter your Quizizz account, and on the top of the home page you will see a purple bar. If you place the cursor on any of them, you will see a preview of the quiz on the right side of your screen (to check whether it will be useful for your or not). What...

AN ENGAGING STUDENT-PACED APP

One of my favorite apps is called Quizziz.  In this blog I'm going to give you an overview of the things that are possible with a general (free) account and teach you how to create such account in Quizizz.  First, why is Quizizz so especial?  The magic of this app is that  you can access to it from any device (from either a browser or by downloading the app); students DO NOT NEED to register to be answer a quiz (so if you just one to use it once in a while, you won't need to worry about your students sharing sentitive data); and more importantly, it is STUDENT-PACED. What do I mean by this? Well, just as the term states, it is an app in which students can complete the assignments at their own pace. Unlike other similar apps, such as Kahoot, in Quizizz the te...

Hello, everyone!

Hey!  This is my first post here, so I would like to introduce myself a little bit.  My name is Georgina and I'm from a small town in Argentina. I made this blog to share my passion for English and teaching. I think we can all profit from this experience. You may get sometips on how to improve your English or how to make your teaching easier and more engaging, and I can improve my language and teaching skills, but also make adjust this blog according to the feedback you provide, so don't be afraid of leaving a comment!  I'm looking forward to sharing this experience with everyone out here! Have a nice morning, afternoon or night depending on your time! :)
